September Fortnightly Plans – All About Me Theme (5th & 6th Class Autism Class)This resource provides two weeks of structured, theme-based planning for 5th & 6th Class in an autism class, centred around the topic All About Me. The plans integrate literacy, numeracy, circle time, sensory play, and cross-curricular activities, ensuring older pupils engage in learning that is meaningful, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate.

Support 5th & 6th Class pupils working across a wide range of learning levels.
Provide clear links to vocabulary, stories, songs, spelling/grammar, and maths topics within the All About Me theme.
Include differentiated activities and sensory-friendly approaches so all pupils can access learning in a way that suits them.
Plan for children requiring curriculum access support, including minimally speaking children and AAC users, embedding communication and engagement opportunities throughout.
